Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Packaging Materials:

    • Refunds are available for unused and unopened products returned within 7 days of purchase.
    • Customized or branded packaging materials are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  2. Safety Equipment:

    • Refunds are granted for items in unused and original condition with tags intact, returned within 7 days of purchase.
    • Products that show signs of use, wear, or tampering are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Fabrication Products:

    • Refunds are available for unused and undamaged items returned within 7 days of purchase.
    • Custom-fabricated items are non-refundable unless defective or not meeting agreed specifications.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
  • Digital or downloadable items (if applicable).

Return and Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Contact our customer service team at sales@jipscs.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval:
    Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s).
  3. Inspection:
    Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  4. Refund Processing:
    Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the original shipping cost was covered by JI Packaging Material, it may be deducted from the refund amount.
